Job Description

Profile Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations, drive sales performance, enhance customer experience, and ensure seamless coordination between the store team and head office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing store efficiency, and building a motivated, customer-centric team that delivers excellence in every interaction.

Sales & Performance Management

Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the store.

Track and drive KISNA Meri Roshni (KMRs) to ensure consistent performance improvement.

Facilitate regular discussions with the team to enhance conversion rates and average ticket size.

Strategize and execute plans to promote solitaire and high-value sales.

Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews to evaluate progress and set new goals.

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Ensure exceptional customer service through personalized engagement and timely follow-ups.

  • Manage customer inquiries related to customized, repair, or special orders, ensuring timely

delivery and resolution.

  • Plan and execute in-store activities for birthdays, anniversaries, and VIP customer visits.

  • Oversee tele-calling initiatives and mock calls to boost sales conversions.

  • Develop plans for greeters at malls and large-format stores to create a welcoming experience.

Store Operations & Coordination

  • Place replenishment and customized product orders with the Head Office based on sales

performance.

  • Execute in-store BTL initiatives such as product demos, customer engagement

activities, and festive promotions to drive footfall and conversions.

  • Coordinate outdoor BTL activities including leaflet distribution, canopy setups, local

tie-ups, and community outreach to enhance store visibility.

  • Track the effectiveness of both indoor and outdoor BTL campaigns

  • Identify and communicate store requirements to ensure timely support and inventory availability.

  • Ensure effective product display management aligned with category performance.

  • Coordinate BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing and promotional activities.

  • Maintain operational efficiency across kiosks and main stores.

  • Continuously upgrade knowledge and ensure staff training on POSS (Point of Sales Support)

software.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Conduct daily store meetings to review targets, achievements, and challenges.

  • Motivate and guide staff to achieve personal and store-level objectives.

  • Organize and lead training sessions on sales techniques and customer engagement.

  • Ensure timely filling of store vacancies by hiring well-trained and experienced staff to maintain

smooth operations and service quality.

Compliance, Audit & Reporting

  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Oversee documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal departments.

  • Maintain compliance with company operational and visual merchandising standards.

Community & CSR Initiatives

  • Organize and participate in blood donation drives and other CSR activities for store

anniversaries.

  • Accuracy of stock and audit compliance.

  • Timely execution of store events and promotions.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma or graduation.

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in retail operations, preferably within the jewellery or luxury

retail sector.

  • Prior experience in leading a team in a jewellery store environment, with strong knowledge of

sales, customer service, and product handling
