Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst, based at our Vijayawada East location. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for assessing and ensuring the quality of various processes, products, and services. The role involves conducting quality assurance and quality control checks, developing quality management processes, analyzing data to identify trends, and collaborating with teams to resolve quality issues. Maintaining open communication with stakeholders and providing recommendations for process improvements are also essential tasks. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and ensure process improvements Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to uphold standards and ensure the delivery of high-quality services Effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders Knowledge of Quality Management systems and methodologies to drive operational excellence Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Familiarity with technology-driven platforms and multi-service ecosystems is a plus
