Job Title: Store Helper / Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Store Helper / Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, order picking, packing, loading/unloading, and ensuring smooth dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing stock and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support loading and unloading of goods during deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse area.
• Check products for damages or discrepancies and report any issues.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and supervisors for timely dispatch.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
• Prior experience in store or warehouse operations preferred (not mandatory).
• Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.
• Punctual, responsible, and willing to work flexible hours or shifts.
• Basic understanding of inventory handling and order management.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week (rotational shifts may apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
