Store Greeter

As a Greeter at Babulal Jewellers located in Civil Lines, Raipur, you will be an integral part of the MDO department, reporting directly to the Sales Head. Your role as a Greeter will be to provide a warm and welcoming experience to all customers who visit the showroom. Your key responsibilities will include greeting all customers with a smile and friendly attitude upon their arrival, offering assistance to guide them to the appropriate section or sales staff, and ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and reception area. To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a well-groomed and professional appearance.
