Store Executive

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive for Superflow Pumps Pvt. Ltd., Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The candidate should have experience in centrifugal pumps, valves, mechanical seals, heavy engineering, or manufacturing industries.

• Manage daily store operations, inventory, and stock control.
• Handle material inward, outward, receipt, issue, and return.
• Verify materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, Invoices, and GRNs.
• Maintain GRN, stock registers, material issue slips, and inventory records.
• Issue materials to Production as per approved requirements.
• Ensure proper material identification, tagging, storage, and FIFO practices.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Planning, and Accounts departments.
• Track pending material deliveries and ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain records of damaged, rejected, excess, and slow-moving materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain store documentation for ISO audits and follow 5S and safety standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3-5 years in Store / Inventory Management.
• Experience in pump manufacturing, valves, mechanical seals, or heavy engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering materials such as castings, forgings, shafts, impellers, bearings, mechanical seals, motors, fasteners, and other pump components.
• Good knowledge of GRN, Material Issue Slips, Stock Registers, and Delivery Challans.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally / BUSY or similar inventory software.
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Candidates who have independently managed a manufacturing store are encouraged to apply.
