Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
• Manage inward and outward material transactions and maintain accurate stock records.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
• Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for material shortages and replenishment.
• Maintain proper identification, labelling, and storage of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Accounts departments.
• Maintain inventory records using ERP/SAP or inventory management software.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices in the store.
• Support inventory audits and ensure proper documentation of all store transactions.
• Monitor rejected, damaged, and excess materials and maintain separate records.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in stores or inventory management within a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of GRN, material inward/outward, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain stock accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in an engineering, sheet metal, HVAC, or industrial manufacturing company will be preferred.
• Knowledge of raw materials, engineering components, consumables, and finished goods.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Disciplined, organized, and committed to safety and housekeeping standards.
