Key Responsibilities:

Handle material inward and outward entries and maintain supporting documentation.
Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
Maintain stock registers, inventory tracker sheets, GRNs, and material issue slips.
Assist in physical stock verification, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
Track the movement of construction materials, equipment, tools, and consumables.
Prepare daily material reports and update MIS records using MS Excel.
Coordinate with the Store In-Charge, procurement team, and site engineers.
Ensure systematic storage, identification, and documentation of materials.
