Store Executive - Civil Material

Key Responsibilities:-

We Need Civil material knowledge.

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and verify supplier invoices for payment.
• Follow up on orders, monitor backlog, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate between the Engineering Department and Store operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update master data regularly.
• Keep proper documentation for all store-related activities.
• Use MS Word, Excel, and internet tools for day-to-day operations.
• Support daily purchasing operations, including planning, issuing, and tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and shipment schedules.
• Receive materials as per the purchase order and verify their quality and quantity.
• Issue materials to the Engineering Department as per requirements.
• Follow up with vendors for bills, orders, and material status.
• Visit vendors’ offices for order and bill status updates when required.
• Visit project sites to deliver or inspect materials when needed.

Possess working knowledge of materials used in water projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
