We are seeking a diligent and experienced Stores Executive to manage and optimize our warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, and be responsible for the end-to-end management of all store activities—from receiving and storage to dispatch and inventory control. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure operational efficiency, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the seamless flow of goods within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including the receipt, inspection, and accurate storage of all incoming materials and goods.
• Ensure timely and correct dispatch of products according to sales orders and internal requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment, ensuring optimal space utilization.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Accurately record all stock movements (inward, outward, and returns) using the inventory management system.
• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols within the store to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, movements, and store performance to management.
• Supervise and guide store staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field; a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-4 years of proven experience in a stores, warehouse, or inventory management role.
• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
