Store & Dispatch Executive

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED - ANY GRADUATES WITH 5+ YRS EXPERIENCE IN ENGINEERING STORES AND DISPATCH ACTIVITIES.

Store and Dispatch Executive manages inventory and logistics to ensure efficient warehouse operations and timely delivery of goods. Key responsibilities include inventory management, processing orders, coordinating with logistics partners for dispatch, preparing dispatch documentation, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring product quality control. Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:
• Receiving incoming materials and conducting quality control inspections.
• Maintaining accurate stock records, potentially using Min/Max criteria to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Issuing materials based on requisitions and updating stock levels.
• Order Processing:
• Accurately and efficiently processing customer orders.
• Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to prioritize and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Warehouse Organization:
• Organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout for efficient storage and movement of goods.
• Implementing proper labeling and signage for clear identification and traceability of materials.
• Dispatch Operations:
• Coordinating with logistics partners and drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Preparing necessary dispatch documentation, such as tax invoices and delivery schedules.
• Tracking consignment delivery and resolving any logistical issues or delays.
• Quality Control:
• Ensuring that outgoing products meet quality and safety standards.
• Verifying that materials received from suppliers are in good condition.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
