Role & responsibilities : Good understanding of fiber types (virgin, recycled) and stock preparation processes. Familiarity with stock preparation equipment like pulpers, refiners, screens, cleaners, etc. Ability to interpret lab test results and adjust process parameters accordingly. Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards in pulp and paper operations. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Preferred candidate profile : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in B Sc/Chemical/Pulp & Paper Technology or related field. 3 years of experience in stock preparation or pulp processing in the paper industry.
