Role & responsibilities Manage day-to-day inventory operations including stock receipts, storage, and dispatches. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Implement and maintain inventory management systems/ERP tools ( Odoo.). Monitor stock levels, set re-order points, and ensure timely replenishment. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline stock flow. Maintain accurate records for inward and outward stock movement. Prepare and present MIS reports on stock levels, variances, and consumption trends. Identify and reduce stock discrepancies, pilferage, and wastage . Develop and enforce inventory control policies and procedures . Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field . 3-6 years of experience in Inventory / Warehouse Management . Strong knowledge of ERP/inventory software ( Odoo, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines. Contract Details Type: Freelance / Contract basis Duration: 3-6 months (extendable based on performance) Compensation: 25,000 - 40,000 per month (depending on experience)
