Steward/Waiter

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Steward/Waiter to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hotel industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.


• Manage table settings, serve food and beverages, and handle cash transactions.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.


• Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.


• Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.


• Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and leave positive feedback.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Steward/Waiter in a reputable hotel or restaurant.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails.


• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and credit card processing.


• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
