Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Steward/Waiter to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hotel industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Manage table settings, serve food and beverages, and handle cash transactions.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.

Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and leave positive feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Steward/Waiter in a reputable hotel or restaurant.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails.

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and credit card processing.

Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
