Role & responsibilities: As Road Safety Expert, Responsible for road safety assessment and preparation of road safety assessment report, identification & improvement of black spots, conducted Road Safety Audits of completed sections, check Safety Aspects, implementation of Road Safety Management Plan; recommendation on desired amendments and design modifications and monitor implementation of safety plan, preparation of safety report on available road assets and suggest modification to enhance the overall safety of the facility. Also review, check & approve all the safety measures as per contract during construction period. Reviewing emergency response arrangement, accident data, formats, safety provisions etc. Also responsible for Preparation Road Safety Management Plan for inter urban Highways and developed ˜Road Safety Policy.
