Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Freelance App Developer with strong expertise in developing and maintaining applications integrated with the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS). This role is purely freelance and project-based, offering flexibility to work remotely while contributing to innovative Moodle-based e-learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain mobile or web applications that integrate with Moodle LMS. Customize and extend Moodle functionalities using plugins and APIs. Collaborate remotely with instructional designers, educators, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality e-learning solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve Moodle-related technical issues. Ensure performance, security, and scalability of delivered solutions. Stay up to date with Moodle LMS updates and app development trends. Requirements: Proven experience in app development with a portfolio of relevant work. Strong knowledge of Moodle LMS architecture, plugin development, and APIs. Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; knowledge of mobile app frameworks like React Native or Flutter is a plus. Ability to work with databases and web services. Self-motivated and able to deliver within agreed timelines. Excellent remote communication and reporting skills. Preferred: Experience customizing or extending the Moodle mobile app. Familiarity with e-learning standards and Moodle community best practices. Work arrangement: Fully remote freelance position. Payment and timeline based on project scope and milestones.
