Chhibber Law Firm is inviting applications for the position of a part-time stenographer from the legal field. The selected candidate will assist in dictations, legal drafting, and preparation of case-related documents. This role is ideal for individuals seeking short working hours and exposure to legal work in a professional law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Take dictations from advocates and transcribe them accurately.
• Draft and format legal documents, petitions, and correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality of case files and legal records.
• Complete assigned documentation work on time and with precision.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a stenographer in a law office preferred.
• Strong shorthand and typing skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and English communication.
