Our mission is to help businesses and institutions strengthen their visibility and build impactful brand identities. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, and other digital channels . Pitch Vijyapanas services to potential clients and handle objections (e.g., existing vendor concerns) with professionalism . Understand client requirements and share tailored catalogues/solutions . Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into successful sales . Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the internal design and operations team to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and sales performance . Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate and manage leads independently. Negotiation and persuasion skills with a client-first approach. Comfortable using digital communication tools (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, CRM preferred). Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a startup environment. Prior experience in sales/business development/advertising (preferred but not mandatory).
