Stem Trainer / ATL Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable STEM Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in teaching and training students on various STEM topics, including but not limited to Scratch, Arduino, Microbit, Raspberry Pi, no-code/block coding platforms, and drones. A strong background in design tools like Tinkercad, Canva, and Wix, as well as 3D designing and printing, is essential. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging lessons, workshops, and hands-on activities. Responsibilities: Teach using various methods like in-class lessons, hands-on demos, and extra activities. Develop comprehensive training plans within specified timelines Create digital educational materials to enhance learning. Assess both individual and team performance to find strengths and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of training materials and certifications Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's in Tech- ECE/CSE/Robotics Proficient in managing the entire training process, encompassing both in-person and online learning Excellent communication and conceptual thinking abilities.
