We are a leading provider of STEM and Robotics education in schools, working under the brand "My STEM Lab". With a presence in over 100+ schools, we aim to empower students with hands-on learning experiences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and hands-on STEM & Robotics classes for school students Grades 4th to 10th.
• Teach concepts using kits such as Arduino, IoT, sensors, electronics components, etc.
• Guide students in building, programming, and troubleshooting basic robotic and STEM projects.
• Prepare lesson plans, project material, and activity guides aligned with the curriculum.
• Organize and support school-level competitions, exhibitions, and project showcases.
• Maintain attendance, activity records, and weekly reports.
• Communicate regularly with school coordinators and management regarding class progress.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of electronics, robotics, programming (Arduino, Scratch, etc.)
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for kits and components.
• Good communication is a must.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in teaching or training students in robotics/STEM is preferred.
• Passion for teaching and innovation in education.

Other Details:

• Training and curriculum support will be provided by our company.
• Travel to assigned schools may be required.
• Opportunity to work on real-time projects, competitions, and events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
