Job Title: Factory Operations Executive / Assistant to Managing Director (Factory Operations) Location: MIDC Taloja, Navi Mumbai Industry: Food Processing / Seafood Processing / Frozen Foods Department: Factory Operations Experience: 36 years (preferably from food / seafood / FMCG / manufacturing units) Role & responsibilities Work directly under the Managing Director to oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments (Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Labour). Collect, verify, and compile MIS reports from all departments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Analyze data related to procurement, raw material utilization, production efficiency, wastage, and labour productivity . Maintain records for raw material inflow, processing output, dispatches, and inventory. Follow up with department heads for timely updates, process compliance, and documentation. Identify gaps in reporting or processes and suggest improvements to management. Coordinate for labour attendance, payroll input, and manpower planning. Support in audits, certifications, and compliance documentation for export and processing standards. Assist MD in preparing performance reviews, cost analysis, and operational dashboards. Preferred candidate profile Graduate / MBA / B.Tech in Food Technology, Operations, or related field. 36 years of experience in manufacturing / food processing unit preferred. Strong skills in Excel, MIS preparation, and process tracking. Excellent communication and coordination ability with cross-functional teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior management. Preferably familiar with seafood or frozen food industry operations. Willingness to travel to Taloja, MIDC, Navi Mumbai (role is based in the factory)
