Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Trainer located in Bengaluru. The Mortgage Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to the mortgage industry. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainees' performance, and providing feedback. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to identify training needs and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
