Roles & Responsibilities: HR Operations · Maintain and update employee records (joining, exits, transfers, promotions, etc.). · Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs. · Support on-boarding and induction of new employees and workers. · Assist in performance appraisal coordination and follow-up. · Maintain compliance records such as registers under the Factories Act, CLRA, etc. Statutory Compliance · Ensure adherence to labor laws (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.). · Liaise with government authorities during audits and inspections. · Maintain up-to-date records and returns under relevant labor legislation. Contract Labour Management (CLRA) · Licensing and Registration · Monitoring of supply of labours on daily basis and fulfilling the requirements of shop floor. · Contract labours records keeping (CVs, Aadhar, PAN, educational documents etc.) · Maintenance of statutory compliance for contractors · Ensure timely payment of wages of contract workers. Administrative Responsibilities · Oversee plant housekeeping, security, transportation, and canteen facilities. · Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and supplies. · Manage visitor control and plant-level administrative logistics. Employee Engagement & Welfare · Address employee grievances and escalate when necessary. · Support implementation of engagement activities, safety awareness programs, and welfare initiatives. · Assist in managing disciplinary procedures and documentation. Coordination & Reporting · Act as a bridge between the corporate HR team and plant workforce. · Prepare and submit periodic HR and admin reports to management. · Ensure timely communication of plant policies and updates to employees. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform inspection and testing at TH (Through-Hole) and SMD (Surface Mount Device) component levels. Conduct PCB-level inspections and raw material inspections . Execute product testing for devices such as TAB, RDU, MA, Printer, Keyboard, WS, Wisens, CV2, etc Carry out TH component soldering and de-soldering . Handle SMD component soldering and de-soldering . Work with ICs, connectors, and cable-level soldering/unsoldering . Perform IQC (Incoming Quality Control) for materials against Purchase Orders. Use MS Excel to prepare test reports, failure analysis reports, and product testing procedures. Maintain structured documentation for IQC, IPQC failures, and quality processes. Develop documentation for new product test procedures. Inspect and verify basic electronic components (size, package type, part codes, etc.). Support engineering and production teams with component-level technical knowledge.
