Job / Skillset requirements: Should have sound product knowledge about Gasoline / Diesel Engine Should have worked on Design and development of engine components at least for a period of 5 years Should have worked on quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives Should have hands on experience in creating and managing BOM and variant engine specifications Should have hands on experience in project planning and co-ordination activities Material and Costing experience is preferred Should be able to lead cross functional teams for cost reduction initiatives Should have very good communication and presentation skills Hands on experience in MS project and Power BI is preferred. Managing Project review meeting with CFT team, record & track review proceedings Lead Product development/localization/VO proposals with engineering, Purchase & Supplier and ensure to meet cost & time targets Develop the Program timing chart & tracking the progress against the plan & control Project time plan
