You will interface with the prospects, representing the companys services and bringing new clients on board. Key Responsibilities • Identify and research potential clients via LinkedIn, job boards, and directories. • Pitch our services to convert leads. • Negotiate project terms and successfully close deals. • Maintain an organized lead database in Excel. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (preferably in engineering or construction). • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Highly self-motivated and performance-driven. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic CRM tools. • Capable of working both independently and within a team.
