Job Role: We are looking for a proactive and responsible individual to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be involved in supervising factory activities, ensuring quality control, maintaining stock records, and coordinating dispatches. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day factory floor operations. Ensure production processes follow safety and quality standards. Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods stock. Coordinate material dispatch and logistics in a timely manner. Liaise with the production team to maintain workflow. Inspect and report on production quality and efficiency. Maintain production and dispatch documentation accurately. Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in factory supervision or a similar role (preferably in manufacturing). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
