Responsible for the erection of formwork: walls, columns, floors and stairs; checking of dimensions, alignment and level of formwork; dismantling of formwork and its proper handling for re-use. For all the activities including in wall casting, planning men, materials and machinery, clearance from client and achieving target in time with quality and utmost safety. To ensure that the quality of work done is as per specifications and ISO Procedures. To ensure that the cost is controlled to fit into the assigned budget. Communicating with client engineer for day-to-day smooth progress of work To ensure the safety at work as per site safety plan. To ensure proper housekeeping and lighting in the assigned area. Familiarize and update with the applicable safety manual and practices of the company. To give feedback on sub-contractor performance and suggestion for development to seniors. Reinforcement – Foreman / Supervisor ( Project based ) Role & responsibilities Assist in the installation and placement of reinforcing steel in various concrete structures under the guidance of skilled tradespeople Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications Support the preparation and fabrication of reinforcing steel cages and mats as required Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols on job sites to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to ensure on-time project delivery and adherence to quality standards Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working condition Formwork – Foreman / Supervisor ( Project based ) Role & responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of shuttering carpenters. Plan and organize shuttering activities to meet project timelines. Ensure the correct installation and alignment of formwork systems. Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals. Inspect formwork for quality and compliance with specifications. Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment. Provide training and guidance to team members as needed. Maintain inventory of tools and materials required for shuttering tasks.
