Job Title: Co-Founder, Operations Location: Gurgaon, India Experience: 5-8 years (Experience of managing on-ground (offline) lending operations at companies like Bajaj Finance, Axio/Capital Float, ZestMoney, Fibe/EarlySalary, LiquiLoans or other similar no-cost EMI, Buy Now Pay Later, Consumer Finance companies) Industries Fintech, Consumer Finance About Us: We are an early stage Fintech company aiming to revolutionize the consumer lending landscape by introducing first of its kind market disrupting fintech product. I, the Founder, bring 8+ years of experience across top consulting firm (MBB), Venture Capital and a top-tier Indian business school. We have raised first institutional round and are now in the process of closing our pre-seed round. Role Overview: This is a leadership role focused on building, managing, and scaling our on-ground operations for a disruptive new lending product. You will be responsible for hiring and leading an on-ground sales team, establishing processes, and managing operations at a national scale.
