What You’ll Do Own and ship end-to-end features across the stack—backend, frontend, and infrastructure Architect and scale systems from scratch with AI deeply integrated into the product Make foundational decisions on tooling, processes, and stack that last Set the bar for engineering quality, and help grow the engineering culture What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of strong software engineering experience Fluency with Python and Postgres; ReactJS is a bonus, but not mandatory Experience (or strong comfort) with cloud infra - GCP or AWS Interest or exposure to building with AI/ML, or eagerness to dive in High agency & entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with risk, ready to own outcomes.
