Should have experience in Basic Design, Process Calculations, Detailed Engineering of various BoP (Balance of Power Plant) / Off-Site Mechanical Packages of Power plant. Should have experience in Water Chemistry, Mass Balance, Design Basis, Equipment sizing, PFD, P&IDs, Hydraulics, Equipment Specifications, Water Balance Diagram, Pipe sizing and Pressure Drop Calculation for Air and Water Systems. Should have experience in Preparation of Technical Specifications for HVAC Systems, Water Treatment Plant, Compressed Air System, Fire Protection System, CW systems, Pumps, and Valves etc., Should be familiar with Technical Evaluation Bids / Offers from Vendors. Should have experience in Heat Load Calculation and Sizing of HVAC . Must be conversant with IS and International Standards and Codes. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline 5 to 12 years in Process Design, Basic & Details Engineering for BoP / Off-Site Mechanical Packages of Thermal / Captive / Combined Cycle / Gas Power Plants from Engineering / Consultancy / OEM Organizations.
