We’re looking for a proactive and confident Sales Executive to handle Indiamart leads , convert inquiries into orders, and build customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up on leads received via Indiamart Understand customer requirements and explain product details Convert inquiries into confirmed sales Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up data Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for smooth order processing Provide after-sales support and customer service as needed Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Comfortable with phone-based sales and follow-ups Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp Business) Experience in B2B sales or Indiamart platforms is a plus Willing to work full-time from office
