As a Lead IT Recruiter / Recruiting Manager in our team, you will play a crucial role in managing an offshore recruitment team while focusing on client development and sales within the US IT staffing industry. Your responsibilities will include leading and overseeing the sourcing, screening, and hiring process for top IT talent, developing strategic recruitment plans for various IT roles, and maintaining submission data and performance metrics. You will be required to build and nurture vendor relationships, manage resource submissions, and work on securing state vendorships and certifications. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver customized solutions for clients will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior recruiters and the bench sales team, stay updated on US IT hiring trends and regulations, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in US IT recruitment and sales, with expertise in high-volume hiring, vendor management, and client development. You should possess a strong understanding of the US IT market, visa regulations, and compliance requirements, along with experience in managing offshore teams and recruitment operations. Proficiency in CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment databases is required, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field is preferred, and the ability to join immediately within a week to 10 days is essential. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Hyderabad with no remote work option. The working hours are from 8:30 AM EST to 6:30 PM EST, and the compensation includes a competitive salary with industry-best recurring incentives.
