Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product / Project Manager to lead and coordinate a distributed engineering team of 10. This role requires strong project management skills, client-facing communication experience, and the ability to take ownership of initiatives from conception through delivery. You will serve as the bridge between our clients, leadership, and engineering team—ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution. Primary Responsibilities Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects, from planning and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch evaluation. Team Management: Directly lead and support an engineering team of 10, ensuring productivity, accountability, and high-quality output. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients—running status updates, managing expectations, and ensuring successful delivery. Strategic Planning: Translate business goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Process Improvement: Establish and refine workflows, documentation, and reporting practices to improve team efficiency. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, roadblocks, and dependencies early, and proactively create mitigation plans. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, design, operations, and leadership teams to ensure project success. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Job Requirements Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field required Master’s degree, PMP certification, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of project or product management experience, preferably in a technology or software engineering environment. Leadership: Proven success leading engineering or cross-functional teams, ideally 8–12 members or more. Client Engagement: Strong background in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage relationships, handle escalations, and drive satisfaction. Technical Understanding: Comfortable working with engineers, reading technical requirements, and translating them into business terms. Project Management Tools: Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent. Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and other project management frameworks. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organization: Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and integration projects Proven ability to lead and manage distributed engineering teams, ensuring accountability and delivery Skilled in Agile/Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Slack, MS Teams, and Confluence Schedule Requirements: Ability to work night shifts during Eastern Time, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, Including Holidays. Primary Responsibilities Financial Oversight Oversee the full accounting cycle and general ledger across all clinics, ensuring accurate and timely monthly closes and financial integrity. Close financials within 10 days of the month end and provide comprehensive financial reporting, including consolidated financial statements and site-by-site reporting. Create accurate budgets at the site and department level and maintain cost discipline across the organization Treasury & Cash Management Maintain a long-term and 13-week operational model (including cash flow forecast) Oversee accounts payable, vendor relationships, and net working capital to ensure healthy cash flow. Analysis & Reporting Provide actionable insights to the Vice President of Finance and senior leadership to support business strategy and capital allocation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement stronger financial controls. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration CPA / CFA / Master’s degree is preferred but not required Experience and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping /accounting fields Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions Familiarity with QuickBooks (or experience leading an ERP implementation) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization Experience in corporate finance, financial planning, or exposure to consulting/investment banking is a plus but not required.
