Stat Pro - Performance Testing

Greetings, We are urgently seeking suitable candidates for the role of Performance Testing-Stat Pro with one of our esteemed clients in Bangalore & Hyderabad. As a Senior Engineer with 3-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading automation and performance testing initiatives within our engineering team. Your main focus will be on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and quality of financial analytics platforms critical for decision-making. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in StatPro's Web API, strong automation skills, and a performance-first mindset. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and execution of automated test frameworks for StatPro-integrated applications. - Own and execute performance testing strategies to validate stability, throughput, and latency benchmarks. - Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. - Develop scripts using C# or JavaScript to interact with StatPro's Web API for test automation and data validation. - Validate end-to-end portfolio analytics workflows, including report generation and data reconciliation. - Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines with automated test coverage. - Document test cases, performance benchmarks, and issue resolution strategies. Required Skills & Experience - 3-6 years of experience in test automation and performance engineering. - Hands-on experience working with StatPro or similar portfolio analytics platforms. - Proficiency in C# or JavaScript, with knowledge of RESTful API automation. - Solid understanding of performance engineering concepts such as load testing, stress testing, and soak testing. - Familiarity with financial instruments, risk analytics, or portfolio management concepts preferred. - Experience using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Postman, or equivalent performance test tools. - AWS Appstream knowledge. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Experience working in agile environments.
