You will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks including preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and updating accounting databases and spreadsheets. Additionally, you will also handle front desk and administrative tasks such as answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, maintaining office supplies and equipment, assisting with general administrative tasks, and managing correspondence and emails.
