As a Healthcare Consultant , you will act as a strategic link between StarEast HealthTech, healthcare professionals, and pharmaceutical partners. You’ll represent the company through impactful communication, digital engagement, and relationship-building — both online and in person — to strengthen our brand presence within the healthcare ecosystem. Your work will directly support doctors, hospitals, pharmaceutical, medical device companies, and government agencies in realizing the value of the company’s solutions. This is a dynamic, client-facing role suited for professionals who are passionate about the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business innovation. Location: Pune, India Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key healthcare accounts and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams (Delivery, Sales, Product) and external partners. Drive customer satisfaction, proactively resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships to ensure repeat business. Engage regularly with doctors, hospitals, and pharmaceutical clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth. Develop and oversee project plans in coordination with the content team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Present the company’s offerings to clients, onboard them effectively, and support ongoing engagement. Facilitate clinical and scientific exchanges, bringing real-world insights from healthcare professionals back into the organization. Manage onboarding, implementation, training, and retention for assigned projects. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of the company’s products and services. Communicate client needs and insights to internal teams to drive innovation and customer success. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support project closures, case study development, and strategic initiatives that enhance engagement. Qualifications BDS, MBBS, or Life Sciences graduate with an MBA (preferred). 3–5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, client management, or project management roles. Strong communicator with both medical and business fluency. Confident presenter and skilled at building rapport in professional settings. Passionate about the evolving role of doctors and technology in modern medicine. Willingness to travel and engage with healthcare professionals across diverse backgrounds.
