Job Title: Business Development (1 Years Experience) Location: [Anna Nagar] Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Creative Director / Marketing Manager Business Development Executive / Manager – Job DescriptionRole Summary The Business Development Executive/Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales strategy, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms. Qualify leads and create a strong sales pipeline. Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. 3. Sales & Revenue Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Negotiate and close business deals. Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts. 4. Market & Competitor Research Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Identify new business opportunities and niche markets. Provide actionable insights to management. 5. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth execution. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts. Represent the company at events, conferences, and exhibitions.
