I hve never seen a company as bad as Startek. There are two oux Team Leaders (Sagar Nigam & Farhan Sidduqui) in flipkart cx OB process literally they don't have any kind of sense. HR department is completely irresponsible. At the time of hiring they will give details of policies like if they are very reputable. However, after you get hired, they'll show you their true color. Beware when you leave the job, they'll consider you as the burden.
