Acting as a bridge between MSMEs and Ministries of MSME & NSIC, we focus on social causes like women empowerment, leadership programs, training and development, the Skill India program, and Beti Bachao Beti Padhao program. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Event Manager located in Surat. The Assistant Event Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of event planning and management, including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site coordination. They will also assist in marketing and promoting events, managing invitation lists, and ensuring the success of each event. Qualifications Event Planning, Coordination, and Management skills Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Organizational and Time Management skills Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving skills Marketing and Promotion skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in event management or related field Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
