1. Security Services: Responsible for the overall functioning of security service in the hospital Ensure compliance of security services with all defined security policies and procedures of the hospital. To provide executive leadership necessary for identifying, assessing and prioritizing risk and directing all efforts concerned with safety and security of people and property of the hospital. Responsible for the control and safe operation of security and surveillance related equipment Scrutinize and authorize the list of security staff (at all levels) who are deployed in the hospital by the outsourced agency. Monitor and authorize the deployment of the security guards in the hospital on daily basis. See that there is adequate number and appropriate guards are deployed in different areas of the hospital from the part of approved staff. Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Monitor the functioning of the security staff deployed in the hospital Liaising with the outsourced security services management on any of the issues related to security service being provided 2. Incident Management 3. Surveillance through CCTV 4. Transport department including ambulance 5. Patient transport- Internal and external 6. Managing visit by VIP to the hospital 7.
