The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling health insurance policies over the phone to potential customers in the Malayalam-speaking market. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain health insurance products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable policy options. Ensure daily/weekly/monthly sales targets are met. Handle customer queries effectively and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Follow up with interested leads and close sales. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge.
