As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting a specified number of doctors daily within a pre-planned territory determined by the Monthly Tour Plan. Your primary objective will be to increase sales by promoting our products and equipment. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating awareness about our brand and products, especially among individuals who may not be familiar with them. Efforts to enhance market share by engaging potential customers and surpassing sales targets will be key aspects of your role. You will be expected to manage your territory effectively, treating it like a small business, while also building relationships with new clients and conveying product information. Meeting or exceeding sales/margin and collection targets is a vital part of this position.
