Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with 6–7 figure monthly budgets. Hands-on experience with ad platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and MMPs like Appsflyer or Adjust. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau). Creative problem-solving ability and a passion for growth. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interest in gaming, esports, or youth culture is a big plus.
