The Mother Teacher model ensures that a single teacher nurtures, educates, and closely monitors the overall development of young learners. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a mentor and guide for students in early grades, ensuring emotional, social, and academic growth. Teach core subjects like Literacy, Numeracy, EVS, and Rhymes (for Pre-Primary) and English, Math, Science, and Social Studies (for Primary). Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage curiosity and creativity. Maintain a warm and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe and valued. Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to parents. Communicate effectively with parents through PTMs, progress reports, and daily interactions . Use innovative teaching-learning materials (TLMs), storytelling, and interactive activities to make learning fun. Ensure classroom discipline and active engagement of students in co-curricular activities. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to create a holistic learning experience .
