We are looking for passionate and dedicated Mother Teachers for Pre-Primary and Primary grades. The Mother Teacher model ensures that a single teacher nurtures, educates, and closely monitors the overall development of young learners. The ideal candidate should be caring, energetic, and committed to providing a safe and engaging learning environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a mentor and guide for students in early grades, ensuring emotional, social, and academic growth. Teach core subjects like Literacy, Numeracy, EVS, and Rhymes (for Pre-Primary) and English, Math, Science, and Social Studies (for Primary). Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage curiosity and creativity. Maintain a warm and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe and valued. Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to parents. Communicate effectively with parents through PTMs, progress reports, and daily interactions . Use innovative teaching-learning materials (TLMs), storytelling, and interactive activities to make learning fun. Ensure classroom discipline and active engagement of students in co-curricular activities. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to create a holistic learning experience . Requirements: ✅ Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed/D.Ed/Montessori training preferred). ✅ Experience in early childhood or primary teaching is an advantage. ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills . ✅ Passionate about child development and hands-on teaching . ✅ Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about interactive learning .
