Job Description: Role & Responsibilities: Installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial machinery, especially air compressors and sortex/cleaning machines. Conducting regular preventive maintenance and handling breakdowns. Preparing service reports, following up with customers, and ensuring timely resolution of complaints. Coordinating with sales and technical team for customer satisfaction. Providing remote technical support where required. Managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and maintaining customer service history. Preferred Candidate Profile: 1-5 years of experience in field service of industrial equipment. Should have hands-on knowledge of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Basic understanding of PLC-based machines will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and occasionally PAN India. Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude. Candidates with prior experience in companies like Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, Kirloskar, or industrial automation firms will be preferred.
