You will take ownership of building sales and distribution teams for both international and domestic markets , with the goal of selling STAMIN app subscriptions (monthly, annual, and custom plans) via online and offline channels . 🎯 Key Responsibilities Lead and establish a professional sales team targeting fitness professionals and partners. Devise and execute strategic sales campaigns across markets (B2B and B2C). Identify and convert fitness influencers, coaches, and gyms as brand partners or resellers. Generate high-value partnerships and B2B collaborations locally and globally. Leverage your network, social media presence, and industry knowledge to drive growth. Contribute to pitching to investors and enabling fundraising efforts where relevant. Work closely with the founding team on brand positioning, market penetration, and monetisation. ✅ Ideal Profile Proven experience in Fitness, Sports, or Nutrition industry (min. 3–5 years). Strong exposure in selling body transformation programs, coaching packages, or fitness subscriptions . Excellent network in the fitness or wellness space , with existing relationships and market access. Active social media presence (preferred: 10k+ followers on any platform) with proven engagement. Experience in revenue-generation roles , affiliate models, or influencer-based sales. Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger to build, lead, and scale a business . Role Summary We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive international sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calls and lead generation to sell STAMIN subscriptions and fitness programs across India, Europe, and East Asian markets. You will actively source leads, pitch offerings, and close deals while maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects. This role demands a proactive, persuasive, and digitally savvy individual with strong communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Cold Calling: Call potential clients including Trainers, Freelancers, and Sports Clubs in India, Europe, and East Asia to pitch STAMIN’s digital subscription and partner programs. Lead Sourcing & Prospecting: Use platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other online directories to source quality leads across multiple regions and sectors. Product Pitching: Present the value proposition of STAMIN subscriptions and sell customized online body transformation and weight loss programs crafted by expert trainers. Follow-ups & Conversions: Consistently follow up with interested leads and guide them through the subscription or course enrollment process. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and updates. Collaboration with Marketing: Coordinate with the Meta performance marketing team to convert inbound leads generated through Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C telesales or international outbound calling preferred. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar lead-generation tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (like Hindi, Tamil, or East Asian languages) are a plus. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset. Passion for fitness and a good understanding of the digital fitness space is desirable.
