Description
As a Quality Assurance Intern at La Cigale Dore, you will have the opportunity to support the Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager in various daily tasks. La Cigale Dore, established in 1964 as a pastry product manufacturer, is located in Gemenos within the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan area. As a French creator and manufacturer of ready-to-fill products, La Cigale Dore continuously modernizes its production site to supply pastry specialties to bakery laboratories in supermarkets, the catering industry, wholesale distributors, and the food industry both in France and internationally. Your main responsibilities will include participating in the implementation of the analysis and control plan, providing quality management support, deploying the 5S method, conducting monthly internal audits, offering on-site support, and ensuring compliance with IFS/BRC standards within the facility. This internship position offers a 3-month contract on a full-time basis. To qualify for this role, you should be pursuing a BAC+5 degree in QHSE, enjoy working collaboratively and independently, demonstrate initiative and attention to detail, thrive in facing technical and human challenges, and possess a good analytical mindset. Additionally, basic knowledge of Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment within the agri-food sector, particularly in HACCP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
