Job Title: Senior Recruiter / Lead Recruiter Domain: IT, Non-IT, and Engineering Location: Zirakpur On-site Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and goal-driven Senior Recruiters / Lead Recruiter to join our India Staffing and Recruitment team. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and Engineering roles across full-time and contract positions. You will play a key role in building a high-performing workforce by identifying and engaging top talent across domains. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and ATS (e.g., Ceipal, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify suitable candidates. Domain Expertise: Hire across multiple verticals Information Technology, Engineering, and Non-IT functions including operations, finance, HR, and administration. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external clients to understand role requirements and expectations. Job Posting & Employer Branding: Draft compelling job descriptions and post across appropriate platforms. Promote the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. Market Mapping & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates and conduct market research on talent availability. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidate information and documentation are accurate, complete, and maintained in compliance with company and legal requirements. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking of hiring activity, metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership. Requirements: Talent Acquisition Specialist: 3-5 years Domain Knowledge Proven experience in recruiting for IT, Non-IT, and Engineering roles (permanent and contractual). Skills: Strong sourcing and screening capabilities Good understanding of Indian job market and labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing techniques Time management and multitasking abilities Proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Ceipal, Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster) Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is a plus. Preferred Attributes: Experience working with staffing firms or RPO models. Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
