As a part of the Technical Support Team, you will play a vital role in helping businesses globally run and reinvent themselves. Your responsibilities will include managing customer expectations, conducting research on incidents, creating Knowledge Articles, and collaborating with Research and Development to resolve complex issues. You will utilize your troubleshooting skills to recommend appropriate actions and ensure timely resolution of support cases. To excel in this role, you should have 4+ years of experience in handling BMC Remedy ITSM modules, possess in-depth troubleshooting knowledge in BMC products, hold a bachelor's degree, and be willing to work periodic weekends. Your ability to embody BMC values, adapt to challenges, and contribute innovative solutions will be key to both BMC's and your own success.
