Job Description

Role Overview: BMC is seeking innovative customer champions to join the Technical Support Team in assisting businesses globally. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for managing customer expectations, escalating and resolving complex issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of BMC's support services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer expectations, prioritize competing priorities, and conduct research on customer incidents to create Knowledge Articles and reusable solutions - Escalate issues and collaborate with Research and Development to resolve complex support problems - Utilize professional concepts and company policies to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways - Troubleshoot intermediate to advanced problems, recommend appropriate actions, and provide support case follow-up until resolution Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience handling BMC Remedy ITSM modules such as ARS, SRM, SLM, SmartIT, Smart Reporting, CMDB, DWP, SSO - Proficient in troubleshooting and analytical knowledge within BMC product areas - Bachelor's degree from any stream on a Full Time basis - Comfortable with periodic weekend work as required Additional Details: BMC is an award-winning, equal opportunity, culturally diverse company that values giving back to the community.
