Job Description: You will be acting as a project leader, coordinating the activities of other engineers on the project or within the system. Your responsibilities will include determining the technical tasks that other engineers will follow, resulting in the achievement of customer, operational, program, or service objectives. Additionally, you will proactively improve existing structures and processes, exercise judgment in reconciling diverse and competing priorities to identify optimal solutions, and collaborate with management to set/improve standards for engineering rigor.
